I have a three bedroomed, semi-detached cornish house in Crownhill, Plymouth. Crownhill is around 3 miles from Plymouth city centre. The house backs onto fields and national trust woodlands. The woodlands and fields start at the bottom of my back garden. There is a playpark on the main field.
At the bottom of the garden on my side of the street are the fields and wooded area. At the backs of the houses on the other side of the street is a road consisting of private houses.
I have one of the few houses that does not have a driveway, but you can park on the street.
I have gas central heating with a radiator in every room including the bathroom and toilet. The bathroom is downstairs and as you can see by the measurements is very small. I have a separate toilet upstairs.
Hopefully I will be able to add pictures of the bedrooms soon, although measurements have been provided.
I have lived here for nearly 15 years and my reason for moving is simply that i want to try somewhere new. I have no fixed idea of where i want, but i don't really want to live in a large city/inner city area. I would prefer to live by the sea, but am not absolutely rigid about this . Weymouth and surrounding area would be ideal for me and would be my first choice. Places like Windsor etc will also be considered. Basically, am open to all ideas.
